After quite a while of waiting, Apple's Self Service Repair Program they annnounced last year is now availible. Starting now, you can go to https://www.selfservicerepair.com/ to buy over 200 parts and tools. If you live in the US.

The new online store offers more than 200 individual parts and tools, enabling customers who are experienced with the complexities of repairing electronic devices to complete repairs on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 lineups and iPhone SE (3rd generation), such as the display, battery, and camera. Later this year the program will also include manuals, parts, and tools to perform repairs on Mac computers with Apple silicon.

To repair your product, you will need to see the Repair Manual for the product. Then they can go to the Apple Self Service Repair store and order parts, tools, and read the Repair Manuals. For those who do not want to purchase tools, you can rent a $49 kit that will be availible to you for a week before you have to ship it back, and shipping costs are covered by Apple.

Apple says "Self Service Repair is available in the US and will expand to additional countries — beginning in Europe — later this year."

In my opinion, this isn't as good as it seems. The only reason they did this was because they probably wanted to avoid legal issues the U.S government. I'll also more expensive than bringing it to the genius bar.
