When you use iPhone with one hand in Portrait orientation, you can use Reachability to lower the top half of the screen so it’s within easy reach of your thumb. Some people don't like this feature, so here is how to disable it.

How to disable Reachability

1st, go to the Settings app. Then, scroll down to where it says "Accessibility"

Next, click accessibility, and scroll down until you see "Touch" and press it.

Finally, you will see a toggle for "Reachability". Toggle it off.

Now, you can enjoy not having that annoying random swiping down.
