Apple kicks off their “Peek performance” event with new Apple TV+ originals to enrich their streaming subscription, starring actors like Tom Holland and Tom Hanks in some of them.
But to the more interesting part of the event, Apple moves over to the iPhone refining its colours, with a new alpine green finish for the 13 and 13 Pro models.

The star of the show, however, is the new iPhone SE 3. It includes an A15 bionic chip. The third-generation device still maintains the iPhone 8 design, and also still has the Touch ID home button. It features 5G as rumoured and the single 12MP camera paired with the A15 chip. The new smartphone takes great photos and videos, and has an improved battery life. It starts at $429.

Moving on, the iPad Air got a massive performance buff, being powered by the M1 chip that broke the market back in November 2020. The front camera has also been upgraded to an ultra wide 12MP camera, supporting Center Stage. It supports 5G, for insane connectivity speeds. It will come at $599.

The Mac also received some focus. The M1 chip gets one last upgrade, with the "beefy" M1 Ultra. It features a 20-core CPU and a 64-core GPU that can support 128GB Unified memory. It certainly will crush every benchmark, while also using significantly less power.

This new chip will be housed in the new Mac Studio, a high-power Mac desktop with an incredibly compact design and an abundance of ports.

The new Studio Display is a 27-inch 5K, all-aluminium, thin and full-screen display with 600 nits of brightness, packed with an A13 chip and a 12MP ultra wide camera with Central Stage, studio-quality mics and surreal speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The Magic Keyboard, Mouse and Trackpad now feature a new black-silver design.

The M1 Ultra Mac Studio with 64GB RAM and 1TB of storage comes at $3999, while the Studio Display comes at $1599.

That concludes the 2022 March Apple Event. What did you think of the new products released? Let us know down in the comments!
