The iPhone 14 Pro’s Face ID hardware will be put under the display

So new rumors in the past days have been mostly about Apple’s Mixed reality headset, how much Apple is worth now, and other stuff…. Now this time, the iPhone 14.

A reliable Apple leaker till today (dylandkt) has reported that he is able to collaborate information regarding the hole punch camera for the iPhone 14, Pro. It is to have its Face ID technology under the display aka in-screen Face ID. Don’t worry, there are no negative effects to any of its sensors by this change. I believe if this is put under the display, then there would be some noticeable red light flashing thing. I do not know how to explain it but it’s like the in-screen face sensors on Samsung’s latest Z Fold or Z Flip or which of the two has it.

For those who have been confused about if the lineup will have a notch or not, the base model iPhone 14 (iPhone 14 & iPhone 14 Max) will have an even smaller notch or minor upgrades to its notch (refined notch). And the Pro models (the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max) will have a pill-shaped hole punch design which dylan also hears.
